Termination of Payment(s)
Effective Date: May 31st, 2022
"Jeffery G. Douglas or Crystal A. Douglas" may Terminate your use of the Payment Services at any time for any reason. Any termination of these terms does not relieve you of obligations to pay Fees or costs accrued prior to the termination.
Any termination of these terms does not relieve you of obligations to pay Charge-backs, and any other amounts owed to us as provided in these Payment Terms or the Terms of Service. If your access to Payment Services has been terminated, you may still be permitted to use other products, subject to our discretion.
1. Closure of Your Account
Closure of your Account will cancel any pending transactions and cancel any Reoccurring Subscription (Monthly) Services. Any funds that we are holding in custody for you at the time of closure, less any applicable Fees, will be paid out according to our Refund or Credit Policy, and are subject to the other conditions described herein.
If an investigation is pending at the time you close your Account, we may hold your funds as described herein. If you are later determined to be entitled to some or all of the funds, we will release those funds to you, payable to your Card On File .
2. Survival
The following sections will survive termination of these Payment Terms, in addition to those that survive under Section 1.12 of the General Terms: (1) Processing Errors,
(2) Underwriting and Identity Verification,
(3) Access to Proceeds,
(4) Amounts Owed to Us; and Reversals,
(5) Payout Schedule,
(6) Availability of Proceeds,
(7) Your Account History,
(8) Reserve for Holding Funds, (9) Your Account Balances,
(10) Our Set-off Rights; (11) Security Interest,
(12) Dormant Accounts,
(13) Your Liability for Charge Backs,
(14) Our Collection Rights for Charge Backs,
(15 Excessive Charge Backs,
(16) Contesting Charge Backs,
(17) Taxes,
(18) Customer Service
