Jeffery G. Douglas is the founding and Lead Pastor of Voice Of Gospel. Jeffery provides leadership, vision and guidance to the church and loves to tell anyone who will listen about what God is doing in the world.
He has a passion for developing and inspiring leaders and works regularly with pastors, coaches and athletes around the country, helping to develop and challenge them to dream bigger and make a greater impact in their communities.
He will visit patients, families and individuals identified as appropriate pastoral services and provide direct spiritual counsel, prayer, and ministry as appropriate.
He will assists members of the patient, family and individuals in understanding the significant spiritual concerns related to the patient, family, individuals response to dying, death, and other Spiritual needs
He serves as liaison and resource for the patient, the family and individual's clergy in dealing with patient, family, and individual spiritual needs.
- In Christianity, Evangelism, Chaplain, Faith Based, and Pastor is the commitment and act of publicly preaching (ministry) of the Gospel with the intention to share the message and teachings of Jesus Christ.
- Those who specialize in Chaplain Ministry, Faith Based Ministry, and Pastoral Ministry of Gospel are often known as evangelists, whether they are in their home communities or living as missionaries in the field.
- Some Christian traditions refer to such people as missionaries. Some Christian traditions consider evangelists to be in a leadership position role.
- The old saying, "You don't know what a persons has been through, Until you have walk a mile in their shoes" is a very true saying.
- You never know the "True Impact" you will have on those around you or know just how much someone needed that smile, complement, or support you gave them. We never know just how much someone may have needed that long hug, deep talk, or just to be heard.
- Don't wait for someone else to be kind first, for better circumstance, or someone to change, Just be kind, because One never knows just how much that person may need it. Never judge a book (Person) by their cover because it (they) be smooth while the pages (inside) are woren. The cover (Person) may be woren and ragged on the inside while polished on the outside covering their true feelings and harship they've been through.
- My Goal is: • To ministry the Gospel in according to Jesus Christ' commands and to bring you closer to His Kingdom • To provide spiritual services to patients, families and individuals.

What makes a good;
Leader:
A good leader should have integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude. They should be learning agiles and flex their influence while communicating and delegating effectively.
Follower:
Good followers are diligent, motivated, committed, pay attention to detail and makes the effort.
Friend;
If your friends have integrity, they're likely loyal to the people they care about and who have been with them through ups and downs. They listen to your side of the story, give you the benefit of the doubt, and they defend you when you deserve it.
Relationship:
Healthy relationships involve honesty, trust, respect and open communication between partners and they take effort and compromise from both people.
Father/Mother:
Fathers/Mothers who discipline in a calm, fair, and nonviolent manner show their love. Whether they realize it or not. A child with a loving Father/Mother grows up knowing they deserves to be treated with respect. Fathers/Mothers can teach their child what is important in life by demonstrating honesty, humility, and responsibility.
